After security, staff guide guests who need assistance to a lift (35 in wide, 54 in deep, 750 lb capacity); the guest rides the lift alone and meets companions at coat check (door 35 in wide). Dedicated ADA viewing sections sit on either side of the stage with unobstructed views; chairs are available on request in those sections. On all-ages shows the room may be split 21+ / all-ages under OLCC rules.
