Terms of Service
Effective date: July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PathToSeat (the “Service”), operated by Siegelcraft LLC (“we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. The Service
PathToSeat is an informational companion for concerts and live events, surfacing venue logistics, parking, dining, concessions, restrooms, and related guidance. Content is compiled from third-party data sources and curated venue information. You can save event plans, follow artists and teams, select music genres and optional accessibility planning priorities, and receive personalized event recommendations and planning shortcuts. You may optionally create an email-based account to sync that data across devices and opt in to event-day reminder emails. You can also add your own events, prefill an event form from pasted confirmation-email or calendar text, share a plan summary through your device’s share sheet or clipboard, and give quick feedback on whether a guide section was accurate. The Service may provide event-time weather and links to third-party traffic or transit directions. Optional parking-address, venue, and restaurant suggestions are supplied through Google Maps Platform.
3. Not a ticketing or venue service
We do not sell tickets, operate venues, manage parking facilities, or control any third-party service referenced on the Service. We are not affiliated with any venue, team, league, performer, or ticketing provider unless explicitly stated.
