Hartford, CT venue guide
Check the Webster Underground bag policy with an official source, then plan your entrances, parking, and dining in Hartford, CT. Confirm event-specific entry rules before you go.
Bag policy
The Webster's Know Before You Go page says bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches are allowed, that every bag is searched, and that bags that are not clear get a closer search. Lower on the same page, large bags, backpacks, fanny packs, and camera cases are prohibited and only small clutches or purses are allowed, so the two statements conflict.
Entrances
Everyone is screened at entry, and re-entry is not allowed after a ticket is scanned. The box office opens one hour before doors on event days. The Underground is the smaller second stage and has its own entrance on the Webster Street side; the venue says that room is at ground level despite the name.
