Wheelchair seating is on Level 1 and Level 2, with companion seats sold in the adjacent sections, and every public toilet has wheelchair and mobility-impaired facilities. Arena drop-off is at the West Entrance bus depot or the main hotel entrance. The resort transportation page lists a Cotai Water Jet ferry into the Taipa Ferry Terminal with a free shuttle onward, a daily One Bus express from Hong Kong Jordan, and a Zhuhai Airport bus that picks up at the East Door Lobby. It does not print the free airport and border shuttle stop list on that page.

Food outlets and bars are on every level of the arena. Outside food and drink are banned except for a special dietary, medical, or religious need. Alcohol is sold only when the event allows it, with a limit of two beers per purchase, no alcohol service in the seating bowl, and management can stop sales at any time.
