Ontario, CA venue guide
Plan your visit to Toyota Arena-CA in Ontario, CA with entrance, accessibility, transit, parking, dining, and upcoming event details.
Bag policy
Bags must be no larger than 12 by 12 by 6 inches, backpacks and oversized bags are prohibited, and every bag is inspected. Medical items and diaper bags with a child are exceptions. A separate policies page allows diaper bags under 16 by 16 by 8 inches, so the published diaper-bag size is inconsistent. Guests also pass a metal detector.
Entrances
Most guests may enter about one hour before the scheduled start; suite and club guests, and Ontario Reign season-ticket holders, may enter 90 minutes early through VIP entrances. There is no re-entry unless a guest-services manager approves an exception and the ticket is scanned out and back in. The box office is on the east side and opens two hours before show time on event days.

Accessible seating is requested through the box office and may not be available on event day. Wheelchairs are permitted, and guest services can move a guest from the gates to the seating area but will not lift anyone between a wheelchair and a seat. The A-Z guide puts the mobility drop-off at the northeast entrance on Ontario Center Parkway, while the parking guide puts the special-needs drop-off at the southeast main entrance.
