Los Angeles, CA venue guide
Check the The Wiltern bag policy with an official source, then plan your entrances, parking, and dining in Los Angeles, CA. Confirm event-specific entry rules before you go.
Bag policy
The Wiltern visit page publishes two different bag rules. One section allows bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, says every bag is searched, and says bags that are not clear get an additional search. A later answer on the same page lists backpacks and large purses as prohibited, allows bags smaller than 12 by 12 inches, and says larger items must be left at coat check for a fee.
Entrances
The main public entrance is accessible. Guests whose VIP entrance includes steps are told to use the main entrance if they need an accessible route, and staff can then take them to the VIP area. The venue says doors generally open one hour before the scheduled start, and the box office opens on show day two hours before door time.

The visit page treats merchandise as an in-venue purchase. It says a merchandise charge, like a food or drink charge, may show a temporary card authorization that usually updates within 72 hours, and guest services can review a charge that still looks wrong after that.
