The official FAQ says The Underground is not wheelchair accessible and is reached only by stairs. Staff can help guests on the stairs and can provide a chair. It describes an ADA area west of the stage with an unobstructed view. ASL interpreter requests should be sent to the venue at least seven days before the show. The main theater and coffee shop are described as wheelchair accessible; that does not apply to this basement room.
