Entrances
Guests are asked to arrive at least 45 minutes before showtime. Performances start promptly, and latecomers are seated at the House Manager's discretion at a suitable break; for shows without intermission they may be placed in alternate seats. Will Call at the Ticket Office opens one hour before Soraya-presented performances with photo ID, and after the Ticket Office closes remaining Will Call moves to Guest Services in the lobby.

Wheelchair-accessible and companion seats are sold throughout the Great Hall and Plaza del Sol. Free assistive listening is available via smartphone or borrowed devices at Guest Services, and ASL interpreters need about two weeks' notice through the Ticket Office at 818-677-3000. Service dogs trained for a disability are allowed; pets and emotional support animals are not.
