Bag policy
Guests may bring one soft-sided bag per person no larger than 16" x 16" x 8". Coolers are not allowed. All bags are subject to security inspection. Outside food and beverages are not permitted (medical exceptions); for San Diego Symphony performances only, one empty reusable plastic or aluminum water bottle is allowed and may be filled at refill stations. Glass bottles are not permitted.
Entrances
For most concerts, entrance gates open about 90 minutes before showtime (occasional variations are noted in ticket reminders). Wanding is used and bags are inspected. Latecomers are seated at an appropriate interval determined by the house manager. The Promenade around the venue may also use weapons screening during events.

Every section has ADA seating for transfer and non-transfer wheelchairs, companions, and semi-ambulatory guests, sold online or via the Ticket Office (619.235.0804). Accessible restrooms sit under the seating berm. Assistive listening devices are available at Guest Services inside Gate 1. Wheelchair transport escorts are first-come, first-served; the Symphony does not provide loaner wheelchairs. Service animals are welcome.

Take the MTS Green Line trolley to Convention Center Station, cross Harbor Drive, and walk the footpath between the Convention Center and Marriott to the Embarcadero and venue (222 Marina Park Way). Rapid 215 and Rapid 235 riders can transfer at Santa Fe Station to the Green Line. Coronado Ferry serves the nearby Convention Center/Fifth Avenue Landing on concert evenings. Rideshare should use the Hilton Bayfront shuttle point, not the Shell traffic circle.
