The venue is at 2891 University Avenue, San Diego. The main entrance on Granada Avenue is fully accessible and is also the listed drop-off point. Will call opens at the box office two hours before doors on show nights and requires photo ID and the purchase card. In-and-outs are not permitted. Coat check is offered with Fast Lane and VIP upgrades when available. Smoking is only in designated outdoor areas.

Accessible tickets are sold online via Live Nation filters; if sold out, buy general admission and staff will try to accommodate at doors on a first-come basis, as the accessible area can fill early. The accessible floor section is to the right of the stage. Accessible restrooms are on the main level in the lobby. ASL interpretation needs at least two weeks' notice. Service animals follow ADA task-trained rules; emotional-support animals are not treated as service animals.
