Entrances at The Fillmore Minneapolis presented by Affinity Plus

• The public entrance is accessible, and guests who need an accommodation may skip the general-admission line and check in at the security podium there. The box office is around the corner from that entrance at 525 5th Street North and, on show days only, opens two hours before doors. All events use mobile tickets, and every guest and bag may be searched.

Accessibility

Accessible seats in every price range are sold on Live Nation, and staff escort those guests to an accessible seating area with its own bar and restrooms. Assistive-listening devices are available from guest services, limited storage is offered for wheelchairs and other mobility aids, and service animals trained to perform a disability-related task are allowed. Sign-language interpretation is by advance request only; the visit page asks for at least three weeks' notice and the accessibility page asks for at least two, so the published lead time disagrees.
