Wheelchair and limited-mobility seating is on a stair-free elevated main-floor platform, behind the general-admission floor for GA shows and behind the orchestra for seated shows, and there is no elevator to the Loge or Balcony. Those seats require an accessible ticket from Ticketmaster or the box office; exchanges go to boxoffice@thecapitoltheatre.com with a Ticketmaster confirmation number, not third-party reseller tickets, and sign-language interpreters need at least one month’s written notice. The FAQ allows pets only as properly documented service animals, while the accessibility page welcomes service animals without mentioning documentation, excludes comfort, emotional-support, and therapy animals, and says security can arrange priority entry on arrival.
