Service animals are allowed; pets are not. The Fair's own pages emphasize security screening and code-of-conduct rules more than detailed ADA seating maps. Guests needing facility accessibility details for Chilhowee Park are directed by the Fair to City of Knoxville Parks and Recreation for park operations outside Fair management.
