Entrances at TD Garden

• All events are mobile ticket only, and guests must clear security and have tickets scanned before seating. Typical door times are general doors one hour before Bruins or Celtics tip-off, with Boston Garden Society member doors two hours ahead; concerts and other events usually open one hour before unless the event page says otherwise. Some General Admission shows open about 1.5 hours before start at Stair 4 on the west side. There is no re-entry after tickets are scanned.

Accessibility

The accessible entrance is the Hub on Causeway main entrance, with Elevator 1 on the North Station ground level across from the ProShop. Accessible seating is sold through Ticketmaster and the box office; wheelchair escorts should be requested 72 hours ahead or at Elevator 1 on arrival. Family and accessible restrooms are listed on the accessibility page, and sensory rooms and bags are available through Guest Services.
