Tacoma, WA venue guide
Check the Tacoma Dome bag policy with an official source, then plan your entrances, parking, and dining in Tacoma, WA. Confirm event-specific entry rules before you go.
Bag policy
For most events the Dome enforces a clear-bag rule: clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags up to 12" x 6" x 12", one-gallon clear storage bags, or a small clutch up to 4.5" x 6.5". Non-clear bags may not be nested inside a clear bag; medical exceptions are screened. Limited outdoor lockers rent for about $10–$15 (card only). The clear-bag rule does not apply to consumer shows.
Entrances
Guests pass metal detectors and bag screening at the entry doors; event pages specify which doors open (for example Lower/Upper NW for some shows). For most arena events doors open about 90 minutes before start, subject to change. Re-entry is prohibited for most events; some sports and trade shows may allow it.
