Arlington venue guide
Plan your visit to Surprise Stadium in Arlington with entrance, accessibility, transit, parking, dining, and upcoming event details.
Bag policy
The stadium A-Z guide allows a clear tote up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches and a clear one-gallon bag, and on the same list says bags must be no larger than 8 by 10 inches. A spring-training week-one notice allows that tote, the gallon bag, and a clutch up to 5 by 8 inches, and it drops the 8-by-10 line. Medical items are an exception on both pages; the A-Z guide also allows a single-compartment diaper bag when the child is present.
Entrances
The A-Z guide says the center-field, first-base, and third-base gates open 90 minutes before game time, and that the time and which gates are used can change by event. The rules page says 2026 Arizona Fall League gates open one hour before first pitch and that entry is through center field.

Accessible and companion seats are sold throughout the stadium at a ticket window or by phone. A service elevator in the operations lobby behind home plate serves the suites and upper deck, and guests using wheelchairs can ask for an alternate security screening. Trained service dogs and miniature horses are allowed; other animals are not.

Getting there
Use the venue address, published transit updates, and drop-off zones to pick the right arrival plan.
Arlington
Surprise Stadium does not publish a bus stop or route. It does say bicycles are not allowed inside and may be locked, at the rider's risk, on the south side near the center-field team shop.

Aramark sells concessions, and guests may bring food in a one-gallon clear bag and up to two factory-sealed one-liter waters, but not outside alcohol. Alcohol sales stop at the first pitch of the eighth inning, buyers must be 21, and anyone who appears 30 or younger must show ID. The A-Z page says tickets, concessions, and retail will be going cashless, while a week-one notice says the stadium is already fully cashless.
