25 Lafayette Street, Newark, NJ, 07102
The arena is about two blocks from Newark Penn Station, served by NJ Transit rail, PATH, and Amtrak, and it tells guests to leave toward the station from the Citizens Tower. Newark Light Rail and local buses connect Broad Street Station; from the arena, bus stops are about half a block west on Broad Street via Edison Place or Lafayette Street. A May 2025 NJ Transit rail-strike notice is still posted on the transit page and should not be read as current service.

Cash is not accepted at concession stands, retail, or the box office; cards and mobile wallets are, and reverse ATMs are at sections 1, 14, and 125 and in the box office lobby. The A-Z guide says guests may not bring outside food or drinks, that Levy's runs the stands, and that mobile ordering is also offered. Special-diet requests should be made to guest services before the event.

The ADA guide says every restroom is accessible and that there are seven family or unisex rooms, listing them outside main-concourse sections 12 and 22, suites 120, 127, 216, and 217, and upper sections 110, 115, and 127. That list is longer than seven, and the A-Z guide's list differs by including section 5 and omitting suite 217. A nursing pod is reached through Guest Services behind section 9.
