Orlando, FL venue guide
Plan your visit to Plaza Live - Orlando in Orlando, FL with entrance, accessibility, transit, parking, dining, and upcoming event details.
Bag policy
The venue FAQ allows reasonably sized bags after a search and refuses backpacks, duffel bags, and oversized purses. The Orlando Philharmonic Plaza Live page instead allows only clear bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches and clutches up to 4.5 by 6.5 inches, which do not have to be clear, and it sends larger bags back to the car. That page exempts medical and parent bags up to 14 by 14 by 6 inches if they are searched at a separate station.
Entrances
The venue FAQ says doors usually open one hour before showtime unless a listing says otherwise, re-entry is not allowed, and guests pass an Evolv scanner and a bag check. It says children older than 2 need a ticket, while the Philharmonic ticket policy for the Plaza Live box office says children under 2 are not admitted unless a show says otherwise and that every person who enters, including an infant if allowed, needs a ticket. That ticket policy starts will-call as early as one hour before showtime, the Plaza Live guest page requires shoes and a full set of clothes, and the venue contact page says the box office opens two hours before events.
