Mandalay Bay directs guests from the hotel front desk across the casino floor toward Starlight Tattoo, then left, with House of Blues on the right, and from the garage through the casino-level doors, left onto the casino floor, then straight to the club. The House of Blues FAQ says there is no re-entry after guests go inside, and that the box office opens at noon on show days rather than listing a standing door time. That same FAQ disagrees on priority entry: one section requires a same-day purchase of $30 or more per person at the restaurant, bar, or Gear Shop, and another says $20 spent in the restaurant.

Music Hall bars are accessible, the restaurant and bar have accessible seating, and every restroom is accessible. Accessible seats, sold in pairs so a companion can attend, are available through Live Nation or the box office; those guests are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes before door time and check in at the accessible stanchion just outside security, while general-admission guests seeking a spot are helped in order as space allows.
