Wheelchair escorts and electric cart assistance are available. Free listening headsets require an ID deposit. Request interpreters five business days ahead, captioning ten business days ahead, and audio description two weeks ahead.

Park & Ride buses depart regional lots at scheduled times. Bowl Shuttles run every 15–20 minutes beginning 2.5 hours before concerts; the last departure is at concert time. Advance ticket deadlines: 10am the previous day for Park & Ride, one hour before the show for shuttles. A Metro TAP card used within the preceding two hours qualifies for a free Bowl Shuttle ride.
