• Main entrance at 99 Monmouth Street with an automatic push-button door at the far-left entrance; street-level ramp in the Stillwell Larkin Pavilion Lobby and historic lobby. Ushers greet patrons at street-level doors. All patrons pass through metal detectors; bags/strollers/diaper bags are searched. Arrive early for security. Box office on show days opens 60 minutes prior to doors.

Lobby and Orchestra level fully wheelchair accessible. Elevator at the back of the Grand Lobby for second-floor bathrooms and balcony; historic loge and balcony are not wheelchair accessible. Accessible Orchestra seating: right/left Rows A, Q, DD and rear platform Row AA′ with companion seats. Wheelchair-accessible restroom stalls in the grand lobby outside the historic theatre lobby and upstairs near the elevator; single-stall automatic-door bathroom in the downstairs historic lobby near the rear staircase. Assistive listening on request; ASL/open captioning/audio description with about three weeks’ notice. Service animals welcome (notify box office about a week ahead).
