The venue holds at least 41 wheelchair and semi-ambulatory seats, mostly in Section A and the North Terrace, and a buyer may add up to three companion seats nearby. Assistive-listening headsets are free with a deposit at Guest Services, sign-language interpretation needs about three weeks' notice, only trained service animals are allowed, and guests may stay in their own scooters but the theatre does not rent them. Mobility devices are not allowed in a general-admission standing pit, and the accessible vehicle drop-off is in front of the box office.

The venue says the LADOT DASH Observatory/Los Feliz bus stops at the theatre, connects with the Metro B Line at Vermont/Sunset and with Metro bus lines 180, 217, 204, and 754, and also connects with Metro Bike Share at Vermont and Franklin and at Hillhurst and Prospect. It lists the DASH fare as $0.50 and says buses leave the park about 10 minutes after the show. The parking page also warns riders about the last B Line departure from Vermont/Sunset.
