The venue is a reclaimed quarry, and the main entry is about a quarter-mile uphill walk on an ADA-grade path with rest spots. Paved ADA parking is in Lot 3 for Main Field, placard required, and ADA drop-off is in the Main Field lot's lane. Accessible tickets are sold on Ticketmaster. Concessions and restrooms are accessible. Interpreters need 14 days' notice by email. There are no charging stations.

Outside food and drinks are not allowed. Food needed for medical reasons can come in a clear one-gallon bag, and an empty refillable bottle under 27 oz is allowed. Stands include burgers, chicken tenders, pizza, sausages, dumplings and tacos. All points of sale are cashless, and cash-to-card conversion is available in the plazas. A Tailgate Bar in the lot serves food and drinks until shortly after doors open.
