Entrances
The arena provides pedestrian access on all sides. Public entries include Alaska Airlines Entry 1 at the southwest atrium and Entry 8 at the southeast atrium; ADA lanes are at Entries 1 and 8. Entry 3 serves ADA and general-admission floor access, while Entry 4 serves general-admission floor access but is not ADA. Doors typically open 90 minutes before Kraken games and 60 minutes before Storm games. Re-entry is not permitted; the event-day box office opens three hours before the event.

The arena provides wheelchair and semi-ambulatory seating on every level, ten elevators, assistive listening devices at Guest Services near Section 24, and ASL interpretation with ten business days' notice. Sensory bags and a sensory room are available. Wheelchair transport runs from entry to seat on a first-come basis. Accessible lanes are at Entries 1 and 8, with Entry 3 serving ADA floor access. Limited-mobility drop-off is available on 1st Ave N and at Republican and Warren. ADA service animals are welcome.

Publicly ticketed events include a free King County transit pass through the Kraken and arena apps, valid from two hours before doors open until two hours after the event; it also covers the Seattle Center Monorail. Link light rail and Metro buses connect the area, with the Monorail running between Westlake and Seattle Center in about 90 seconds. Bike lockers are available in the 1st Ave N Garage.

The facility is cashless, with a reverse ATM near Section 04 for converting cash to a Visa card. Outside food and alcohol are prohibited. Nursing rooms include a Virginia Mason room on the southwest Main Concourse and a Mamava pod near Guest Services.
