The Mets Team Store at Citi Field sells team merchandise. In season, many game days limit the store to ticketed guests once gates open, while some non-game weekdays it is also open to the public; hours change and should be checked. Regular items bought there can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a receipt if unused with tags. Sale, custom, game-used, and special-event goods are excluded, and the buyer pays return shipping.
