Flushing venue guide
Check the Citi Field bag policy with an official source, then plan your entrances, parking, and dining in Flushing. Confirm event-specific entry rules before you go.
Bag policy
Backpacks are prohibited except fully clear backpacks with no obscured interior pockets and ADA/medical exceptions approved at the gate. Purses, non-backpack diaper bags, tote, drawstring, and messenger bags, plus small soft-sided coolers, are allowed if they do not exceed 16" x 16" x 8". All bags are searched; there is no bag check inside the ballpark.
Entrances
Gates and ticket windows generally open 90 minutes before game time so guests can enter early. Opening times can differ for doubleheaders, concerts, ceremonies, and high-demand dates; guests should check the digital ticket in the MLB Ballpark app for updates. Guests with accessibility needs may use Hodges, Seaver, or Stengel VIP entrances even without VIP seating.
