Bag policy

Bags restricted to 4x6x1.5 inches or smaller (contactless screening). Exceptions: medical bags, childcare/diaper bags, and media — enter at Gate 1 (Portage and Donald), Gate 3 (Graham and Hargrave), or Gate 6 Cityplace Skywalk for mandatory X-ray. On-site bag check is not available. Email info@tnse.com in advance with bag-eligibility questions. Tours/events may be more restrictive (emailed to ticket holders). Prohibited items include air/blow horns and cowbells, aerosol cans, alcohol, audio/recording devices, cannabis, professional cameras, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, fireworks, glass bottles or cans, glow sticks, hard-sided water bottles (empty soft-sided only), helium balloons, hockey sticks, illegal drugs, inflatables, lasers/flashlights, outside food or beverage, projectiles, selfie sticks, signs or banners, skateboards/rollerblades, weapons (incl. pocket knives). Confiscated items not returned. Empty soft-sided water bottles OK; fill at fountains outside 109, 121, 314, and event level. This information applies to public events.

Gates and entrances

• Main entrance / Box Office / Will Call: street level at Portage Avenue and Donald Street in the main atrium (Gate 1). Other named public gates: Gate 2 (southeast foyer), Gate 3 (Graham and Hargrave / southwest foyer), Gate 4 (Jets Gear), Gate 6 Cityplace Skywalk (X-ray for oversized/medical/diaper bags). No re-entry after exiting except case-by-case emergencies, childcare, or medical. Mobile tickets (load to wallet before arrival) or Will Call only. Children 2+ need a ticket for Jets/Moose games; under 2 may sit on an adult's lap. Coat check at Gate 1 near Portage & Donald. Five public elevators: two in NE foyer (Gate 1), one SE foyer (Gate 2), one SW foyer (Gate 3), plus a non-public service elevator by Tim Hortons. Guest Services: Main Concourse across from 103/104 (also listed 103/203), Upper Concourse outside 325, plus Premium Suites concourse south end. This information applies to public events.

Accessibility

Washrooms, water fountains, telephones, ATMs, ticket windows, and concessions throughout are fully accessible. Family/accessible washrooms on each level. Public elevators to all levels; Braille signage. Wheelchair seating (and attendants) in 11 lower- and upper-bowl sections; all premium suites and the Ticketmaster Lounge can accommodate accessible seating — toggle Accessibility seating when buying. Designated accessible parking in nearby lots; accessible drop-off/pick-up on the west lane of Donald Street. WaveCast assistive listening app at Jets games (tablets from Guest Services outside 103 and 325 if no phone; not available at concerts or other sports). Closed captioning of PA/promos via guest Wi-Fi devices at Jets/Moose games. Ticketmaster reserves seats for sight-impaired guests (identify when buying on ticketmaster.ca). Sign-language interpreters may be available at producer discretion. Sensory kits (earmuffs, ear plugs, fidgets, map) at Guest Services 103/104 or 325 with ID. Quiet Room via Guest Services outside Section 124. Service animals only. Allergies: peanuts no longer sold but nut products are; dietary/medical food may be brought subject to security.
