Box office hours: Wednesdays and Fridays 10am-5pm; on event nights it opens about 30 minutes before published door time. Strict no re-entry except emergencies. Most shows are general admission standing-room (some perimeter seats/bleachers; tables/chairs at back when ticket sales allow). Typically all-ages (age restrictions listed on the event page); children 5+ need a ticket for most events, children 4 and under free unless the event listing says otherwise. Government photo ID required to drink (21+) or if the event has an age restriction. Will-call: ID + confirmation number + credit card used to purchase.
