The main entrance is fully accessible; guests should tell staff on arrival about accessibility needs, and mobility assistance can be requested by emailing BuckheadTheatreInfo@LiveNation.com up to a day ahead. All restrooms are accessible; an elevator serves the balcony and Lounge; assistive listening devices are available at Guest Services; complimentary wheelchair escorts are first-come, first-served. The Visit page says general admission needs no special accessible ticket, while the Accessibility page says accessible tickets for reserved seating must be purchased online at Live Nation and are limited to guests with disabilities and companions — those pages disagree on when a special ticket is required.
