Medical and diaper bags up to 14 by 14 by 6 inches are screened at VIP/ADA Door 1 at the Grand or East Atrium. Entrances
Primary public atriums are the Grand Atrium and East Atrium. Designated ADA/VIP Door 1 entrances are at both atriums (doors closest to the arena). Entrances use Evolv Express screening. For most events, doors generally open one hour before start. General Admission concert lines form at Grand Atrium VIP Door 1 (southwest side) no earlier than 10:00 a.m. event day; all GA ticket holders must enter there.

In-arena: retail store Lower Level Section 144 and kiosk Section 104; Select Health Club across from Section 252; Upper Level Sections 335 and 367. Standalone store is just off Chopper Circle on the south side of the arena (Mon–Sat noon–5 p.m., closes 4 p.m. on team gamedays; closed Sundays).
