Bag policy

Beginning September 1, 2026, approved bags are one-gallon clear freezer bags or small non-clear clutches or wallets up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Medical and diaper bags require screening or X-ray. Backpacks, including clear backpacks, luggage, computer bags, opaque large totes, tinted bags, and cinch bags are prohibited. Each guest may bring one large clear bag and one small clutch; all guests pass security screening and metal detection.

Entrances

The box office is at the front of the theater and opens weekdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and two hours before show time. All patrons need tickets regardless of age. Security screening is conducted at entry, and the venue becomes cashless September 1, 2026.
