• The theatre is downtown at Commerce and St. Mary's. The Visit page and site contact list the address as 104 North St. Mary's Street, while the Accessibility page says the entrance is at 104 S St Mary's St with a ramp at Crockett and St. Mary's. Guests go through metal detectors, empty pockets, open bags for search, and may need to remove belts; staff can assist anyone who cannot use a metal detector for medical reasons. Entry is mobile ticket only (screenshots and printouts are not accepted). The box office is open on show dates only, starting two hours before door time; will call also opens two hours before doors with photo ID, the purchase card, and order number. There is no re-entry unless otherwise noted. Fast Lane skips the general-admission line at doors when offered, and Warrior Room upgrades include early entry about an hour before public doors.

Accessibility

General-admission shows have a designated accessible area for guests with needs plus up to three companions; reserved seating uses accessible tickets on the theatre floor for the guest and up to three companions. Accessible floor seating is on the right of the theatre floor, on the third tier next to front-of-house, with a ramp on the right side of the floor. An elevator exists, but mezzanine and balcony seats are stairs-only. There is an entrance ramp at Crockett and St. Mary's. Guests who cannot stand long in line may ask staff at the front of the line for accessibility help. Assisted-listening devices are issued by guest services for an ID held at the box office. First-floor bathrooms are accessible.
