Bag policy

Clear bag policy for most events: small bags/clutches 5.5"x8.5" or smaller; clear fanny pack / clear backpack / clear plastic bags up to 12"x6"x12"; clutch purse 3"x4"; 1-gallon clear plastic storage bag. Diaper bags (with guardian+child, diapering items) and medically necessary bags screened; all bags subject to search. Opaque backpacks, purses, camera bags, non-clear fanny packs, oversized totes, and any non-clear bag larger than 5.5"x8.5" prohibited.

Entrances

Doors typically open one (1) hour prior to event start (may vary). Security: walk-through metal detectors; bags checked then ticket scan. Elevators with priority for disabled at Gate 1 (North), Gate 4 (East), Gate 7 (South), Gate 10 (West). Rideshare/taxi/limo drop-off in Lot D at 500 Tower of Americas Way leads to North Plaza Access Control Point (ACP A / H-E-B Plaza). Accessible drop-off in Lot A.
