Gates: The parking page says Premier parking and rideshare guests enter at the East Gate, guests in Lot A, Lot B, or the VIP lot enter at the West Gate, and Lots A and VIP also reach The Lounge entry. The know-before-you-go page says Fast Lane, when a show offers it, is a shorter line at the East and West gates only and still requires an event ticket, and that gates typically open about an hour before showtime, with the exact time varying by event. That same page places Guest Services inside and outside the East Gate near section 101 and outside the West Gate near section 105.
