Event-Day Timeline

1. Reach Live events use a dedicated street entrance on the front of the Hobbs Building, between Mr. Crepe and the Somerville Theatre entrance, under a Hobbs Building sign. The ballroom is on the second floor, one flight up, with an elevator just past the stairs. The Crystal Ballroom box office is usually open one hour before that day's performance. The FAQ does not publish a standard door time, will-call window, or re-entry rule. Many shows are 21 and over, but the age limit is set per event on the sales page. A government-issued ID is required to enter live events. At all-ages shows, guests under 15 must be with a parent or legal guardian unless the listing says otherwise.

Times are estimates — arrival steps use straight-line walking distances, and end times shift with encores, pacing, and overtime. Pad in a buffer for security lines, traffic, and will-call, and double-check restaurant hours before you go.
