Bag policyHandbags may be brought in and may be searched. Backpacks, large totes, luggage, bicycles, skateboards, and strollers are not allowed in as carried items. Large bags and backpacks are not allowed on the floor; a guest who brings one must pay for coat check and leave it there for the show or will be refused entry. The venue does not publish a bag size or clear-bag rule. Outside food and drink, including reusable water bottles, are prohibited, as are weapons and drug items. Ordinary vapes may be brought in but are taken if used inside.Seat and entranceAdd your seat · Live events use a dedicated street entrance on the front of the Hobbs Building, between Mr. Crepe and the Somerville Theatre entrance, under a Hobbs Building sign. The ballroom is on the second floor, one flight up, with an elevator just past the stairs. The Crystal Ballroom box office is usually open one hour before that day's performance. The FAQ does not publish a standard door time, will-call window, or re-entry rule. Many shows are 21 and over, but the age limit is set per event on the sales page. A government-issued ID is required to enter live events. At all-ages shows, guests under 15 must be with a parent or legal guardian unless the listing says otherwise.ParkingChoose where to park DiningChoose a pre-event meal Checklist0%0 of 5 complete MerchNo purchases planned

Times are estimates — arrival steps use walking or driving estimates from straight-line distances, and end times shift with encores, pacing, and overtime. Pad in a buffer for security lines, traffic, and will-call, and double-check restaurant hours before you go.
