During the Encore renovation the West and South entrances are closed, so arrivals should use the North and East entrances; doors typically open 60 to 90 minutes ahead and re-entry is not allowed. The parking page still tells rideshare guests to leave through the South or East entrances for ARTIC, which conflicts with the closed South entrance.
