Event-Day Timeline

1. Reach Every entry door uses Evolv Express screening, and guests who refuse a search are denied entry. During the Encore renovation the West and South entrances are closed, so arrivals should use the North and East entrances; doors typically open 60 to 90 minutes ahead and re-entry is not allowed. The parking page still tells rideshare guests to leave through the South or East entrances for ARTIC, which conflicts with the closed South entrance.

Times are estimates — arrival steps use straight-line walking distances, and end times shift with encores, pacing, and overtime. Pad in a buffer for security lines, traffic, and will-call, and double-check restaurant hours before you go.
