Accessible entrances are through the double doors on Arrow Street and at the Arrow Street end of the pedestrian passage from Mount Auburn Street; the passage has 14 stairs or a 110-foot ramp with handrails. In-person ticketing starts one hour before performances, and late seating is at management discretion.
