Gates: The venue FAQ says doors usually open one hour before showtime unless a listing says otherwise, re-entry is not allowed, and guests pass an Evolv scanner and a bag check. It says children older than 2 need a ticket, while the Philharmonic ticket policy for the Plaza Live box office says children under 2 are not admitted unless a show says otherwise and that every person who enters, including an infant if allowed, needs a ticket. That ticket policy starts will-call as early as one hour before showtime, the Plaza Live guest page requires shoes and a full set of clothes, and the venue contact page says the box office opens two hours before events.
