General Admission

Limited detail

No assigned seats — pick the fastest entrance and plan when to arrive.

Entrances: Door time and the first band's start time are listed on each show page and on the ticket, not as one fixed clock time for every night. Will-call tickets can be picked up starting two hours before doors, which the venue says is usually 5 p.m., and only by the person named on the order with a matching photo ID. On show evenings the box office at 1026 Spring Garden Street is open from 5 p.m. until close, unsold tickets may be sold at the door, and guests cannot leave and re-enter except at the outdoor smoking area, which is limited to guests 21 and older.
