Event-Day Timeline

1. Reach Door time and the first band's start time are listed on each show page and on the ticket, not as one fixed clock time for every night. Will-call tickets can be picked up starting two hours before doors, which the venue says is usually 5 p.m., and only by the person named on the order with a matching photo ID. On show evenings the box office at 1026 Spring Garden Street is open from 5 p.m. until close, unsold tickets may be sold at the door, and guests cannot leave and re-enter except at the outdoor smoking area, which is limited to guests 21 and older.

Times are estimates — arrival steps use straight-line walking distances, and end times shift with encores, pacing, and overtime. Pad in a buffer for security lines, traffic, and will-call, and double-check restaurant hours before you go.
