Gates: Will Call is at the main entrance, 149 Westchester Avenue, and opens two hours before showtime for Capitol Theatre shows and 90 minutes before showtime for Garcia’s shows; a photo ID is required, and the box office does not take ticket drop-offs. Guests cannot leave and re-enter Capitol Theatre shows; re-entry is allowed for Garcia’s shows. Unless a show is marked All Ages, children under 10 are not admitted, ages 10–17 must stay with a parent or legal guardian, and everyone needs a ticket; Garcia’s shows are 21 and over unless marked All Ages, and the venue says policies can vary by show.
